Welcome to Inside Team

Inside Team is a privately owned company in the field of psychology and psychiatry. Inside Team was founded in 2005 by four psychologists and is based in Stockholm. Today some 25 people work at Inside Team; psychologists, physicians, occupational therapists and a nurse. Inside Team offers its services to Landstinget, health centers (vårdcentral), schools, companies, municipalities, and private persons. Inside Team has three main service areas; Neuropsychiatry, Schools, and Psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Inside Team also has a network of speech therapists, special physiotherapists, and special educationalists. Inside Team welcomes
children, families, young people and adults.

Services

Neuropsychiatry
Inside Team has extensive experience from Neuropsychiatry and offers
assessment, medical and behavior treatment. Inside Team conducts some 200 assessments on an annual basis. The assessment is managed by one of our experienced psychologists together with one of our doctors who has
specialized in Neuropsychiatry. For the medical treatment, the patient is
received by our doctors and nurse for the check-ups.

Schools
Inside Team is serving several schools with lecturing, guidance/ tutoring to
faculty, special educationalists. In many cases a psychologist is part of
the school health service team. Inside Team also conducts assessments in
schools, make observations of pupils, work with intensive training og
children with special needs.

Among the schools you find pre-schools, nine-year compulsory schools,
high-schools, but also schools for children with special needs (särskola).

Psychoterapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach aiming at solving problems concerning dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and cognitions through a goal-oriented, systematic procedure. The title is used in diverse ways to designate behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, and to refer to therapy based upon a combination of basic behavioral and cognitive research. There is empirical evidence that CBT is effective for the
treatment of a variety of problems, including mood, anxiety, personality,
eating, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders

All of the psychologists at Inside Team are educated in CBT, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, with at minimum educational level of Step I (many also
has a Step II degree).

Inside Team offers CBT to patients at Health Centers and our own offices.
Inside Team has a unique experience and skills in parental training. We also
offer mindfulness-courses
